How can I check product availability?
On the product page you will find info about the product availability. They can show different information:
Not available – the item you are looking for is not available at the moment. If you are interested in this product, please send us a request via a Contact tab. We will let you know when this product becomes available again.
Very small amount – we have 1 - 2 pieces stored
Small amount – we have 3 - 5 pieces stored
Big amount – we have 5 - 10 pieces stored
Huge amount - we have more than 10 pieces stored
In delivery – this product has been ordered by our Team and will be soon collected in our storehouse.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will be informed about any order changes on your email. Additionally, you can log in to your account and check your order info at all times.
What delivery methods are available?
We offer delivery via GLS Parcel Service and Polish Registered Mail for international orders. You can get more information in the Shipping & Payment tab.
How much does delivery cost?
To check delivery costs visit desired product page, set the destination of the delivery in the dropdown menu on top (language and currency options) and you will be presented with shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are calculated without any duties and import costs. They are to be paid by the customer and will be added to your order by your local delivery service.
What payment methods are available?
We offer payments via:

Can I collect my order personally?
Sure you can! Visit our brick and mortar store in the centre of Warsaw. If you chose Poland as the destination country of your delivery, the personal collection option will be unlocked during the checkout. Our store is located on Pulawska Street 176/178. How long will I wait for the delivery?
Depends on the method you chose and the destination location. Information about the delivery time can be found on each product page.
I'd like to receive an invoice for my order.
No problem. Just check the invoice box during the checkout, provide all needed information and we will send you an invoice along with your order. If you wish to receive and invoice without VAT tax, let us know earlier.
How can I change my order?
Orders can be changes after logging into your account, as long as the order doesn't change it's status to "ready for shipping". If you wish to convey a message about the order, please do so via the telephone or email, which can be found on our Contact tab.
I have placed a wrong order. How can I cancel it?
You can cancel your order after logging into your account. You can delete or modify your order as long as it has not changed the order status to "ready for shipping". If you wish to convey a message about the order, please do so via the telephone or email, which can be found on our Contact tab.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been sent, we will mail you with the shipment information. If you have chosen delivery by GLS, you will be able to track your order via the GLS site. Note that the delivery info may be available after a few hours.
My delivery has arrived damaged. What should I do?
You should always check your package in front of the delivery courier. If anything is wrong with you package and it has been damaged in any visible way, you should write a report using a form received from the courier. If you have any doubts - contact us.
Can I return product without a reason?
Yes, you can. Please read more on our Warranty & Returns tab.
